Roast & Smoke offers a clean and modern atmosphere, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. The indoor area is air-conditioned, making it comfortable, especially in warmer weather. Their selection of wines and craft beers adds a nice touch to the overall experience.
The menu primarily features pizzas, calzones, salads, and some unique local dishes. As the name suggests, the restaurant specializes in smoked meats, which you can smell as soon as you walk through the entrance.
I tried the brisket calzone, which I can recommend for its flavor, though the cheese on top was burnt. While I didn’t mind it, it’s something others might not appreciate.

Smoked meats: brisket, ribs, pork are perhaps the best in D2. Eclectic , creative and interesting menu: start with brisket croquette appetizers topped with a little sauerkraut, then dig into an amazing brisket calzone- soft and chewy pastry filled with deliciousness of tender smoked meat. Pizza's looked yummy, but haven't tried them yet. Pasta with brisket ends was a bit dry and not as brilliant to my taste buds as other offerings. But overall a real gem
Also shocked at fabulous drinks offering- great home roasted Braziailin arabica and Dak Lak robsuta, interesting selection of tasty home made sodas, decent selection of local brews on tap, and a nice cider...

That shouldn’t happen. 2 waiters came, one to tell me the chef did it right, the next came to say it must have been a bad batch. He didn’t offer to get me a new dish or anything, he did apologize. I don’t know if they will improve from here but at 200k a bowl, they should. Best of luck...
