A 5-star experience!

Stayed for 2 nights, 4 - 6 May, 2019

Location, it's 5-minute walk from Nha Trang Beach, so the location is great. The hotel is located just slightly away from the clutters of 25+ hotels in that area which was nice, but even then you might hear some noise at night coming from the beach side (especially on the weekends where they blast loud music). But it wasn't too loud to disrupt sleeping. However, there's a construction just next to the hotel so you might hear slight noise during the day (but again, slightly, not a major turn-off). Location-wise, a great choice.

Room: i booked a deluxe sea view room via Agoda, but upon check-in, they upgraded my room to a Senior Deluxe Room with Sea View and Balcony which was kind and thoughtful gesture by the hotel (it could've been b/c of my birthday, ...or just low occupancy?). The balcony itself isn't particularly large, but it's spacious enough to stand on the balcony and enjoy the view. The Sr. Deluxe rooms are on the high-floors (i stayed on the 16th flr) so you get a nice view of the beach. Huge thanks to the hotel for the upgrade! No particular flaws with the room; it was spacious, provided with bathroom amenties, fridge, lock safe, TV, and WIFI (although the connectivity was not always stable, but no complaint there).

Hotel amenities: it's got a swimming pool (which I cant comment on it since i dont swim), a gym, spa, and a restaurant (i think they alsp have conference room). Gym was decent, i'd give 3.5 / 5.

Staff / reception: the staffs spoke basic English but sometimes it was difficult communicating my inquiry / requests, but they actively tried their best to understand and accomodate my requests, so huge 5-stars to their service. Because my bday was on the 5th, they prepared a complimentary cake and fruits. Another kind gesture from the hotel that made the stay pleasant and memorable.

In simple words almost excellent with very few flaws and great value for money. Built in 2015, well maintained, high rise building with 210 rooms in total, covered swimming pool and gym with very good equipment, much better from other same priced hotels. Breakfast is good but could use some improvement in variety for western food. Also it would be helpful if each food item was labeled so as to know what u are eating which is the usual practice. Rooms are very spacious, quite modern and well maintained. They are kept clean except details which is generally the case everywhere (cleaning the visible parts and leaving behind the rest). U have mini bar fridge(empty of content) where u can put your stuff in, quite big tv with local analog channels mostly and large and comfortable beds. Rooms come with dark curtains which don't isolate sun light adequately because they don't fit 100% leaving some empty space near the wall finishes. hotel is 350 m walking distance (4') from the beautiful beach where u can find excellent sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff is helpful and the English at the reception (Fiona) was perfect. She was extremely polite and efficient. Two little details which I don't approve of is that the hotel asked to keep the passport until the payment was completed (late night arrival) the next morning when all the staff was in place and second that u have too many prohibition signs which don't help creating friendly atmosphere (ex: you will be charged 200.000 if u take food ou of the restaurant). Balcony was infested with spiders, mosquitoes. Was not able to replace the not working TV remote, the staff said tomorrow but was never replaced. Doesn't matter as there were only two English channels anyways. Kept the tv on 24/7 on 'outdoor' channel.||Housekeeping was very thorough and clean. The staff was friendly as well.||The restaurant staff was extremely diligent, bright, and warm. Thank you to Nhi for always welcoming us and taking care of us every morning from day one, your service is 5 star. The kitchen staff was always friendly and well mannered too. I tend to stick to the egg station as the local guests do not cover their mouths when they cough or sneeze at the buffet spread, and they cough a lot. There are guests who also use their hands to pick at the food and leave it there. ||The gym was dusty, air-conditioning doesn't work, equipment lacked maintenance. There are speakers there if you want to plug in your own tunes via aux(no Bluetooth), not sure if it works though, didn't want to touch anything else.||Didn't use the pool, lots of nasty guests coughing their lungs out, picking their noses, sneezing. Good view though, plenty of sun benches if you want to relax in the sun.||Hotel location is good. A safe short walk...
