The star of the meal was undoubtedly the braised pork cheek, although it required a bit of patience, the wait was absolutely worth it. The tenderness and rich flavor of the pork cheek showcased the chef's dedication to achieving perfection. The accompanying poached pear was divine. The ratatouille spaghetti was another standout dish, boasting a well-crafted sauce that has alot of vegetables.
A unique and delightful surprise was the flying noodles – a dish that not only intrigued our taste buds but also left us craving more. It's a testament to Nom Nom's commitment to offering innovative and enjoyable cuisine. The beer-battered fish and chips maintained the high standard set by the previous dishes, delivering a crispy exterior and succulent fish within.
Beyond the delectable fare, the attentive service staff added an extra layer of satisfaction to our dining experience. Their diligence in checking for dietary restrictions and allergies during the ordering process demonstrated a genuine concern for customer well-being. Read moreI came first for lunch I saw this restaurant as a top rated on Google maps so decided to give it a try, I came in and straight away the staff are super welcoming and attentive, knew how to answer my questions and when the table it was served, water was brought tighter with the service. I have opted for the pumpkin soup which was delicious specially with the pumpkin seeds toasted it was supreme also a very good detail from the waitress it was that she did mentioned that the soup contained milk in case of any allergies which is very professional from her service, then I have ordered the chicken rolls with pork and lentils which was also amazing I really needed something like this after a couple of months travelling and eating mainly only pasta or potatoes, it was great and very well presented. I came back with my partner later on for dinner and although it was a different team they were both very friendly and welcoming we had once again the lentils and we have choose the homemade lasagna which was great but personally for my taste it needed a bit more béchamel sauce but the lasagna sheets were cooked till perfection and we both really enjoyed our meals as well as the service we left really satisfied and it is a great restaurant with a lot of variety in Nha Trang not so far from the centre. The drinks were also very good and they count with a proper bathroom inside the restaurant and the facilities are cleaned and very...
Read moreNom Nom Restaurant in Nha Trang is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. It’s one of those places that instantly makes you feel at ease.
The food? Incredible. I tried the seafood platter, and it was so fresh you could tell it came straight from the ocean. The flavors were spot on—simple, clean, and delicious. Their pho was another highlight; the broth was rich and comforting, the kind that feels like a warm hug after a long day.
What really stood out was the attention to detail. The dishes weren’t just tasty; they were beautifully presented, like little works of art. And the portions? Perfectly satisfying without being overwhelming.
The drinks were just as impressive. I went for a tropical fruit juice, and it was pure sunshine in a glass—refreshing and full of flavor.
