Full House Hotel — Hotel in Nha Trang City

I stayed here in May 2024. Thank you for having welcomed me. The location of this hotel is convenient: arriving by train, I was able to walk up to there from the train station. The fridge and kettle in the room were a nice addition. However, the fridge was set to maximum cold: when I put my glass of coffee there, the coffee froze! For the rest, I must say my stay has been so-so. The AC compressor would make a very loud noise when turned on. That was the main issue in the room, and that's why I, unfortunately, can't rate this hotel highly. When I opened the AC, I also saw that it was very dirty. It hadn't been cleaned for ages - another reason I am rating this hotel so low. Lastly, there is a flight of stairs before you reach the reception. Me, I am young and capable, but what about elderly and disabled people? They will not able to stay at...

I wanted to check in early. They charged 50% of the room price. The receptionist was not friendly at all. I haven't experienced that in Vietnam before. The room smelled like bug spray when I went in.
