Large construction site at front of hotel soo next to no view of the ocean, balconys are tiny and have lots and lots of cement and dust from the construction of the hotel infront, get a mountain view which we changed to after a hour of being dissapointed with our first room, they changed rooms not problems, frint staff where bit disinterested at first towards us but after saying hello couple times in vietnamese they started to smile and be a bit better! The breakfast was a very average buffett with egg and noodle station cooked to order, chefs did not look like they wanted to be there except for one of the older guys who was smiling and chatted with us, bit dissapointing but for a budget hotel i guess thats the common thing, house keeping staff where very rude when we asked for a fresh towel they started searching our belongings to see if we had taken a towel????? Stay here if you want to put up with a bit of rudeness and tiny rooms with ordinary views and average service, not recommended for a...
Read moreWe spent 12 nights here and were not impressed. Our "standard' room was tiny, there was only room to get out of one side of the bed, our suitcases were stored on the dressing table due to lack of space, the small wardrobe was in the bathroom and the "large window' which every room has was also in the bathroom next to the bath. 2 of the days we had no hot water. We had trouble with the safe every time we used it (despite having used the same safe trouble free in other hotels). The biggest let down for this hotel was the miserable staff. Two guys in the restaurant, the lady in the shop and the bell boys were the only ones who managed to smile. The reception staff didn't speak English but did have a Russian translator on the computer (not English though). The towels were changed daily. The wifi was good. We got used to the room it wasn't awful, I guess you get what you pay for but we...
Read moreWe stayed at the hotel for 12 nights in October 2016. Our room was a standard one. It was very small and with no window in the room. They never changed our bed clothing! So, be ready to the fact you'll sleep on dirty sheets. Although, bath towels were changed daily. The breakfasts were really nice, every day different dishes and 4 sorts of fruits. Another pleasant thing is cosmetic kit with all necessery things including shower gel, shampoo and even tooth brushes! The hotel staff was not hospitable at all, especially girls at the reception. They looked like they are annoyed with us every time we asked for something. They spoke no Russian (although, 90% of all guests were from Russia) and they barely could speak English either! So, it always was a pain in the neck to sort out things. Nha Trang is a nice city, I'd like to come back there sometime but not to stay at the...
