I never ever leave bad reviews. But I want to save other people from going through this experience. I have stayed in various hotels around Nha Trang and never had any issues. But this place is really bad. My first week here the AC didn’t work. So they had to bring up fans from the lobby. And the technician could not fix it until the next week. The parking for motorcycles is horrendous. They pile up your bikes at the bottom and it takes 10 minutes to get out, if your bike is pushed all the way to the back of the room. The cleaning service is atrocious. Check under the sheets. Make sure your pillows and sheets don’t have any stains on them. Then the cleaning is also really bad. Some days they don’t even come to clean your room when you ask them to. Keep in mind I don’t ask them to do this every day. The Wi-Fi is very slow and unpredictable. Finally, the worst is the staff. The only nice person is the owner who I have met a couple times. But the staff’s attitude is horrible. Refusing to change money, but doing so for Vietnamese people only. By this I mean they refused to do it for me, but then I asked my Vietnamese girlfriend to do it and 5 minutes later she came back with change. Ignoring calls to the reception. And sometimes when you need new towels cause the cleaning crew forgets to leave some in your room. They ignore your request, and you need to call multiple times. And one final thing, and arguably the worst. My room was broken into while I was sleeping at 4am. My girlfriend told me about this the next morning and I have a video on my phone of this incident via the security cameras. I am not a mean person, and I don’t want to involve the police. But after all these negative experiences. I feel the need to write this review. The hotel staff let some random guy into my room. In the video he only showed his ID once he realised it was the wrong room at 4am. But what kind of hotel staff doesn’t check the identify of a random person with no key card at 4am in the morning… and ever since then, i have been putting my luggage against the door when I sleep to prevent anyone from coming in again. I hope you read this entire review. Do...
Read moreDue to my train arrival late at night, I had to email the hotel in advance as my arrival time was outwith their scheduled check in times. Received a friendly email back informing me that someone would be on reception to check me in for the four nights I was here as part of a 25 day Vietnam solo tour. |I had a room on a high floor as requested. The shower is actually in the full length window of the shower room. There is a curtain available but I decided that everyone deserved a treat! Excellent power shower. Free toiletries available plus water & coffee every day. Beautifully cleaned rooms. ||The pool on the roof seems like a bit of a bizarre afterthought for a hotel this size! If it was someones private condo pool for use by 3 or 4 friends it wouldn't seem so odd. Nonetheless, I tried it and had the obligatory infinity pool selfie. However, this hotel is walking distance to the beach, and I mean literally minutes away. ||Breakfast is okay. Nothing to write home about but plenty of coffee available & bread too. Staff will cook you a fried egg or omelette upon request. Being a brit overseas in asia, I can never really get my head around a plate of rice, noodles, chicken & veg for breakfast but that is also available. ||There isn't any type of real friendliness here from the staff. No one is rude or unhelpful or even brusque in their manner. They just do their job in a perfunctory fashion. You do feel like a nobody to them. I wouldn't have an issue staying here again; I just felt that It just lacked a bit of "pizazz" from...
Read moreI called the place asking if there is a crowd tonight they said they do. Went there with 3 other friends and only about 20 people were there. ||At first I thought my 3 friends wanted Corona too so I ordered 4, but then I asked the waitress that was nearby to have them just bring out one. They brought out 4 beers and even though the waitresses shook her head no and put up one finger, the waiter still put four on the table. He opened one bottle and one wet nap for me. ||Towards the end when I paid my bill thinking I'm only paying for the beer, they charged me for the $5,000 wet nap and 5% service charge. I questioned the waiter asking him why did he charged me when he opened the wet nap and I didn't even touch it at all. He said it's the service charge, I told him but I didn't use it or opened it. He look at me and LAUGHED. Then he turned to his coworkers and they laughed together. There was no hospitality at all except trying to make some cash.||$5,000 is not a lot of money but you can't go around trying to hustle tourists especially if it's the Sheraton hotel. Not some hole in the wall place were talking about. I don't care much about the money, but more upset about the fact they laughed and tried to argue about it being a service fee. ||I suggest you don't come here and have them fool you!! I was having a much better service at The Sailing Club where they didn't try to make money off you and everything was charged on what you order. ||How can you guys have this sort of management? Awful. Never...
