Le's Cham Hotel — Hotel in Nha Trang City

Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Our room on the 10th floor has lovely views of the city and beach, loads of natural light from the windows. The WiFi is strong here aswell, with good Internet speeds. Beds large and comfortable. Breakfast is definitely above average with plenty of options and variety, my only issue is certain guests are not smart enough to avoid coughing all over the buffet when taking food, very disgusting, however this is not the hotels fault. We also encountered guests smoking in the corridors despite clear signs saying no smoking, maybe remove the bins with sand in the lids as this might encourage smoking? Locations wise it's in the middle of everything, plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars all within seconds of the hotel, also the beach a leisurely 10 minute walk away. The hotel does have its own loungers at the beach (we hardly saw them used by other guests) , but they are on the back row, not a problem for us but if you want loungers on the front row you'll have to pay. Staff are always very friendly, smiling and welcoming. On our last day they have started very noisy construct work on a building opposite the hotel so we were woken up at 7AM, not the hotels fault but something to bare in mind. Fine hotel. Clean and good location. Took a very long time to check in (told them we would be there at 330, arrived at 5 and still had to wait a very long time for our room. A lady was still finishing cleaning it as we walked in). They keep your passport which I did not like. We went to the restaurant at 9:30pm and were told that we could not eat there (everything says it closes at 10) and that we could order room service and were given a menu. When we called room service (literally 3 minutes later) we were told we couldnt have anything and "maybe tomorrow". We also tried to go to the rooftop around 9:25pm and were met in the elevator by two girls who stated that nobody was up there tending the bar and that they received zero service. Stayed for 2 nights. Everything was nice. Friendly and helpful staff. My room was spacious, clean and bright. Bathroom is also large and comfortable. The only con: internet connection wasn’t great evening time. I guess router is too far from my room. But there are two ethernet ports in the room. Adding a wi-fi repeater is possible and probably a good feature to make this stay excellent. Anyway it was good enough for work and zoom calls. There are two desks you can work on.
