Hopapa Hotel & Spa — Hotel in Phú Quốc

Extremely bad experience. These were the problems: I arrived in the late evening, booked and paid for the room via Traveloka app. They told the they didn't do any business with Traveloka, hence no reservation arrived. They told me I could stay, but needed to pay in cash. The lock of the door of the room they gave me was broken. They wanted to fix it (at midnight after 10 hours travel), but I asked for a different room. They gave me. Next morning they forced me to leave the room they gave me last night and gave another one. They didn't tell the staff what happened, and one of the housekeepers entered my room when I was inside without knocking. (They thought it was empty).

The only reason I stayed here to get an invoice from the hotel for the same nights I booked via Traveloka and send them as a proof that they charged me on scene as well. Also nobody spoke English at all. You can imagine the inaccurate google translator hell to solve...

Very good accommodation, with elevater, where you'll want to stay longer.

The rooms are spacious, very clean, and have comfortable beds. There's air conditioning, WiFi TV, and a balcony with a stunning sea view.

Very friendly hoteliers, where you can also buy delicious dried mango slices! No additives!

The location is very good, not directly on the main road, so very quiet. About 500m from the bus stop (KLC Holidays). Free buses number 17 Airport - Grand World (every 15 minutes during the day) and 19 are located. The nearest beach is about a 10-minute walk away; you can rent sunbeds at the Mojito Beach Bar.

King Kong Supermarket with a wide selection, Long Beach Mart, restaurants, and spas are nearby.

I have enjoyed my 4 nights at hopapa hotel and SPA. The most thing I have liked is the best hospitality and respect from the hotel owner and his wife who are trying to support with anything you want. In addition to that, the hotel is located in the center close to anything you need, the hotel owner has can and can take you around with same price of taxi and sometime less than. Room is equipment with all what a person need such as internet, air-conditioning, TV ,hot water cattle, coffe, ginger and toilet is big and bed is comfortable. Last thing I can say is the good price per day....
