They have a tendency of double counting the drinks you have. I had 5 glasses of red wine, and they charged me for 7. Moreover, 2 glasses were a wine of different kind and more expensive. 1. I never ordered another type of wine. 2. They never informed me they ran out of the previous type or whatever. They just billed me with extra 2 glasses of a different wine with higher price. Looks like I looked too drunk for them and they decided to overcharge me. The same happened to my friends who drank less, but got overcharged as well, plus, they kept ordering the same white wine as well, but were charged for a few glasses of wine of different kind and price. When we asked the waiter to double check, he disappeared, but then came back with the same bill and insisted it was right. No...

We picked this place because of the good ratings and the offer of western food. We were travelling around Asia for a bit and were craving for a bit of western food. We arrived there quarter to nine. We were given the menu quickly. We decided quickly and would have loved to order within the happy hour. But time passed. We waved several times until two minutes before nine the waiter arrived. We ordered drinks and food and asked if it was still within the happy hour. The waiter looked at the watch and said ok and then told us that they ran out of Pizza, burgers, meat sauce and lasagne. So basically what we wanted to order. This was just an odd situation. I am really understanding that after TET they don’t have everything but I can’t understand why they wouldn’t tell us before. It really felt like they didn’t want to serve us. I can only speak about the service but that was our worst experience so far in 2 months...

The service is bad, and the food is even worse and overpriced. The waitresses served our food to another table and we got something that we didn't ordered. Total chaos!! The fish burger that we received after more than an hour wait was no where close to being fish nor burger. Fish was cold and the crust was rock solid. When we complained to one of the waitresses, she got another waitress who then got the cook. Finally the cook that was addressing our issue agreed that the burger was not good, but she had the audacity to claim that it was too late for them to take it back and she was making a silly deal of us having to pay half price for a burger we didn’t touch.
