The location is good in the night market area, but to be honest you only need one time trip to the night market is good enough. No need to be so close to it where everything is expensive. Tourist price. The hotel is clean, but very out dated and owner very stingy on supplies like toilet paper for 3 people, no hand soap. Water pressure for showers is weak. Ugly blanket with a large hole. AC is weak had a tough time getting the room to cool. No elevator. False advertusing, it is not beach front. Customer service is crappy, front desk guy owner have to pull his teeth to get him do anything. When my parents need assistance and help, the guy wouldnt even lift a finger to help. Very lazy owner mostly the front desk owner. Not worth what we paid, when there much nicer hotel for same or less price. I wouldn't stay here again, unless I was in a pinch....

The guest house is just beside the Night Market, 100 meter. Very convenient for everything! Eatting, shopping are just downstairs. If I go a little bit further towards the outside road, there is the sea, and the beach （for swimming）. the famous Sea Shell hotel is there.The room is quite good for this price, with air con and fan and fridge. Room is clean, bed sheet and towels are clean as well. Though outside is the market, but the room is quiet at night. I think it is because my window is not at road side, it is in a opposite direction.This is a family run guest house. Clean. and nice peple. The boss is nice, and is happy to help. IS just Fine for my one night stay in this guest house, as i would like to see what they have in town before i move to my Resort Hotel. Location wise is quiet good, as there are many local food eatery here. The owner are friend. Room wise is sort of clean, but need to close the toilet door all time as there is a drainage problem coming out a odd smell. Easily get to the night market 7 mins walk. Don't expect so much for...
