Ngangiang Guesthouse — Hotel in Phú Quốc

Me and my friends came to Phu Quoc in Nov. We stayed at Ngan Giang for 3 days. The hotel owner is very nice. He prepared a comfortable and tidy room for us, provided us with a lot of helpful information. ||The owner helped us to book a day tour trip, bought ship tickets to the pier. He is very responsive and responsible. He reminded us the details and waited for the tour agency to pick us up even it was an early morning. After the tour, he asked us if they offered a good service, otherwise, he would complain them and give us refund. ( The tour was good ~ )||The owner even cooked us hot Vietnamese coffee for free. We felt it was so warm. Also, on the last day, he drove us one by one by his motorbike to the bus station. We carried heavy backpacks but with his help, it was more convenient.||Moreover, the owner is so honest. The items like water, fish sauce in his hotel are reasonable, without highly charged when they are compared with those of the stores outside.||We would highly recommend this hotel if you visit Phu Quoc. We appreciate the kindness of the owner that made our tour more perfect. We felt more relaxed as he helped us to get everything prepared. My girlfriend and I booked this guest house from seeing the small but glowing reviews and it did not disappoint. We only booked the one night at first but then booked more or less our whole time here. The rooms where very clean, had everything you would need (air con, tv, fridge, shower etc...) and the beds where great. What made this place was I assume the young owner/manager called Tuâń who was there day and night making our life's amazing. From the renting of his bikes, helping us around the island and going out of his way to make our stay perfect. I couldn't recommend anywhere or anyone else to stay with but right here. The location is good (5 min walk to reach to old market and the streets with the restaurants,...)|- The staff is very friendly and ready to help.
