Phuong Nam Guest House — Hotel in Phan Thiết City

Really enjoyed my stay at Phuong Nam Guest House. The room is extremely spacious even for 4 people at a very affordable price per night. The owner is super friendly, warm and kind to us. We arrived late to the hotel even after the estimated time and she prepared everything for us just like we requested to. She helped us with our Mui Ne day tour, helped us change currencies, called the bus for us, recommended a great seafood restaurant (Cây Bang) and a lot more. Her warm hospitality and politeness is everything everyone would love. She's available 24 hours, just knock on her door and she's at your service. If I ever visit Mui Ne again, no doubt Phuong Name Guest House is my choice. I wish her and her guest house all the best!

Entrance requires walking through a rather shady alley (worse when you arrive in the dead of night), but the place seems otherwise quite clean and safe. The staff/owners were really very friendly and helpful, despite us waking them up at 4am to check in. Rooms come with bottled water. The locks are a bit difficult to get the hang of (you have to push the handle up/down when locking/unlocking respectively). Toiletries are a bit limited, with small one-use packets of shampoo/soap. Very basic, antiquated place. No 24/hr desk, not even face or hand towels or a safety deposit box in the room, no food offered, its cash only, and it's not beachfront. Staff didnt even mention the rooftop terrace - no one seemed to know about it or use it. Many other better places to stay that are right along the beach. Wouldn't...
