🌟 A Home Away from Home – Thanks to Lou Lou! 🌟
From the moment we arrived at Memory Homestay, we felt like part of the family. Nestled along the peaceful riverside in Phong Nha, this charming homestay offers not just stunning views and cozy rooms, but a warmth that only comes from genuine hospitality.
And that warmth? It radiates from Lou Lou.
Phuong (Lou Lou) is the heart and soul of this place. She greeted us with the kindest smile and even had a delicious meal waiting when we arrived late. Her attention to detail, her care for each guest, and her infectious energy made our stay unforgettable. Whether it was helping us plan cave tours, organizing motorbike rentals, or simply chatting over breakfast, Lou Lou made sure every moment was special.
The rooms are spotless, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the balcony views of the river are breathtaking. But what truly sets Memory Homestay apart is the feeling of being cared for—not just as a guest, but as a friend.
If you're heading to Phong Nha, do yourself a favor: stay at Memory Homestay and let Lou Lou show you what Vietnamese hospitality really means. You’ll leave with a full heart, a few new friends, and memories that live up...
Read moreStayed for 3 nights and 4 days. Got a room with a great view where we could see the valley river while laying in bed. Great staff who are always friendly and helpful. Levi who handled all the communication and his Mom, Kim who did most of the cooking. Although she doesn't speak much English she'll always greet you with a "Hello!". Use a translator app to talk to her, she's very nice. You can book all your activities through them and even settle just at the hotel which is very convenient. They also accept card payment. Its walkable distance from the Phong Nha boat station. You could even use free to use bicycles to get around if needed. There are a few marts around where you can get everything you need for your stay and also many local eat spots to try out. They'll guide you on the location for the same. I would suggest booking the Elephant Cave and Mada valley trek. Its a bit physically intense, but if you're up for it, it's well worth it. Shared kitchen facilities, so you can cook your meals if you want. Feel free to ask them for anything you need as they are willing to help and are very accommodating. Would recommend this place to other travellers looking for an affordable stay...
