The Villas Restaurant — Restaurant in Quảng Bình Province

We had 2 great meals here during our stay in Phang Nha. The ambiance and the architecture is really beautifully done. There are lots of cool little details like the tables are all made from old swinger sewing machines complete with the foot pedal. The staff could not be friendlier and the food was delicious. I had the burger the first night, which was pretty good. On the second night, I had the classic pizza, which was even better than the burger. It was one of the best pizza I've had in southeast Asia so far. My wife got the duck leg confit the first night and then the chicken and cous cous the second night and she liked them both, but really enjoyed the duck leg confit. The meals are a little bit pricey compared to some of the cheaper restaurants in town, but the food and ambiance make up for it. The best part of the experience was that we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves as it's the low season and its relatively new and a little ways down the road from town. If you are looking for a nice romantic evening and good western food, you have found the right place at the villas restaurant. I would definitely eat here again if I come back to...

The restaurant makes a really nice first impression and offers really comfortable seating. Great location in general.

Unfortunately that's the best, the restaurant has to offer. I ordered my burger specifically without eggs and after waiting for quiet some time, the eggs were obvious to see on the plate even tough the waitress remembered the ordered food correctly. By observating the others tables, you could see similar problems. Other customers were waiting far to long for there food or did get the wrong food served.

Additionally, dogs from the street entered the restaurant and did not get stopped by the personal at first.

After complaining, the staff offered me to order something new. Receiving the bill, I had to pay a burger, even though I ate a pizza for half the price.

The owners were sitting at their table and did not make any signs to bring more structure into the chaos.

frist day i arrived here, i stayed in Homestay name: Dieple homestay and frustrated that hotel so cold because the ac with heater doesnt work weather is 14 Degree and i dont used with this temperture so i felt so cold plus no warm water in bath room and no kettle inside room, i guess we may be can ask borrow owner but not convience , so indecided change hotel and this Villas saved me , it really warm here when i come for lunch and stay here is good ideas ( the price is more expensive ) but it worth for . background moutain view and room is warmer , plus breakfast included price and two drink, i can use bycicle and rent motorbike here and also close to phong nha caves and paradise caves. duck farm . staff is helping and...
