I arrived around 2pm and the restaurant was empty. I was told the only thing they had were ribs and rice at a price I knew was on the higher end. My homestay recommended this place so I felt open to try what they had. As I was finishing my meal, 2 buses of people arrived and filled 3 tables. As I went to pay, I noticed the kitchen (and soon the subsequent tables) were full of with salads, soup, vegetables, crab legs, chicken and more. Obviously perplexed I asked and through Google translate was told three different explanations ranging from things being expensive, to limited quantities, to something without a clear translation.
As a consumer this doesn’t fee great and it doesn’t reflect well on the restaurant. To add insult to injury, the ribs I had were tough.
