Greenland Sa Pa Hotel by DLMH — Hotel in Sa Pa Ward

The room was spacey and roomy enough for a couple, it has a small balcony enough for drying small clothes and drying your shoes, for example. What was really important for us is not that the room is super large or super small, it is that the arrangements make us feel comfortable and not stuffy/crowded. So in that aspect, I am very happy with my room. I didn't book anything expensive, just a regular room for 2.

The staffs were exceptionally nice, helpful, kind, and very accommodating. The owner was also very sweet and kind. If you travel throughout the country, you'll find that Sa Pa people are amazingly kind and accommodating to guests and very hospitable! You would feel that they are not just being nice because of Sa Pa being a tourist spot; the people here are very genuinely nice and I really loved their welcoming attitudes. We were on a wedding shoot trip, and the owner even hand-baked a cake to congratulate the couple getting married in our group.

What was really nice was that there was AC in the room, even when the power goes out when you leave the room, the AC and the power plugs stay on. So your room stays cool and you could still charge your devices while you're out. Considering the cool Sa Pa weather, it was nice that there was AC in the room. Before Sa Pa, I traveled to Dalat, a NO hotels in Dalat has individual AC units in the room, only a circulatory AC throughout the entire hotel. Since Sa Pa is colder than Dalat, I assumed there would be no AC in the room. So this was a great surprise!

Greenland Sa Pa Hotel has the most friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in the most perfect location in Sa Pa, close to the bus station, the market, the supermarket, the restaurants, the lake, and is a short walk from the big steps where everyone goes to play in the evenings.

We stayed one night after being in the villages for a few nights prior and it was great to be in a big room, with hot showers and a big window that could open up for fresh air. The rooms are nice, with everything you need, clean and well kept.

This is a perfect choice for anyone wanting a fuss-free stay, with great service, and to be in a central spot to everything you need. It's a great value pick, and we will definitely return here the next...

We booked a room in this hotel via Airbnb but the address on Airbnb isn't the one of this hotel. You have to walk down the street for one minute from the given address and then you can see the Greenland hotel. The service was very nice and we could check in earlier although it cost a little bit of money. The English of the staff was enough to communicate bit it wasn't exceptional. Sadly our room didn't have the best view. One advantage of this hotel is its location. It is situated on a kind of shopping street with lots of restaurants.
