The restaurant is located at the center area so it's easy to find. The place was crowded when I was there. We had to order in advance. It was dirty inside of the restaurant. The floor was slippery. The 2nd floor was wooden and it shaked everytime people walk. The utensils were dirty. In my opinion they put the tables to close to each other so if someone sit at the corner, it's hard to get out. Food was fresh. The sashimi part was not good since there was no seaweed. The pickle ginger was tasteless. The most important part was tuna and they made it too thin so it tasted mostly like nothing. The food was absolutely amazing — the salad was fresh, flavorful, and a generous portion. But the highlight was definitely the salmon — without exaggeration, it was the best I’ve ever had in my life. Perfectly cooked, rich in taste, and paired beautifully with the mushrooms, which were also delicious.
