Read moreWe were very excited to visit Sun World Fansipan in Sapa, but unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. One of the main issues was the weather — when we arrived at the summit, the area was completely covered in thick fog, and we couldn’t see anything at all. While we understand that weather is unpredictable, there was no prior notice or warning at the ticket area about the poor visibility conditions. Considering the high price of the tickets, we believe it would be fair to inform visitors beforehand so they can make an informed decision.

A young female staff member was more focused on her phone than helping customers. She was unresponsive and seemed uninterested in providing any assistance. It left a very poor impression, especially at the end of our visit.
Overall, while the place itself has great potential, the lack of communication and unprofessional staff behavior made the experience frustrating. We hope Sun World will take feedback seriously and improve both customer service and visitor information regarding...
