Paris Boutique Sapa Hotel — Hotel in Sa Pa Ward

The quality is low but the price is to high. The hotel is located at the center area of Sapa, at the opposite side of the lake and right in front of Love street across the lake. The room was clean but too tiny. It felt suffocating when staying in the room. I stayed in a twin room with 2 tiny beds. I felt off the bed sometimes at night because the bed was too small (I'm a tiny Asian person). My friends stayed in a double bed, it actually 2 beds put together. The bed sheets were dirty. The room I stayed had no view to the lake. It has the view straight to the...stairs. The walls were too thin, I could hear whatever happened at the room next door ( Whatever they talked, they showered, they...went to the toilet, etc) . There was a glass between the bathroom and the bedroom. The curtain was too thin. The one who stayed outside can see the one inside had shower. I didn't understand why they put that curtain there. And they horrible thing was that my friends who are straight males stayed at the room next door and they could see each other showered. In the morning, I could smell the food all the way from the ground floor to my room. Buffet breakfast didn't have much choices and it was ok. The receptionists were terrible. They deactivated the card key to my room before I checked out and I still left my luggage in the room. There was only 1 key card for the room of 2 people who we both had to go out together or stay in the room together or just leave the door open and It was not...

The hotel is located near the lake in Sa Pa.|This is almost a central location but this is not the center of Sa Pa. A few hundred meters up would be better.||Breakfast:|We had our tour start at 07:30. The hotel state that breakfast starts serving at 07:00. It suites us. However, the dining room was not ready for us at 07:00. When it was ready, the breakfast was poor and the coffee was cold.||Housekeeping:|When we returned to the room after our tour, you could see that the housekeeper was here, but:|1. The cup of coffee we had in the room was left the same as when we left the room.|2. Empty water bottles were left near the bed.|3. No toilet paper was left for us. Not a single square!|4. Non of the television channels was tuned (all the channels were eith snow like we had back in the 60th)|5. There were no hot water when we returned at night.||So, I can't...

Small rooms, noisy and the staff were never helpful. the rooms were very dirty the bed sheets and the pillows were stained with dirt and the towels were brown the beds also had black bed bugs everywhere and someone’s hair all over the beds and blankets. The ceiling of the rooms have mold which is very dangerous and they drip yellow water everywhere. The windows are very thin and the curtains do nothing. The people outside are very loud and even when someone complains the staff does nothing. The rooms are filled with all types of insects and the room is just old and dusty. First night when we arrived there was no one to help us, staff were sleeping and we had to wake them up… we also had to take our own luggage upstairs.. which was not our job. which then they gave us our room cards while wearing their sleep clothes.
