They had no alternative payment platform.

They were not interested in ensuring these options were available.

They were not bothered to explain to customers politely that they were having payment option challenges.

Surely, in this day and age in an innovative environment, one can just adamantly choose to turn away customers because they only had cash options?

Your staff are not trained to provide a service, but rather to clear the queue. They are extremely rude, which is such a shame. This applies to the drive-through service as well. Your servers just want to get rid of you. Perhaps they are more interested in beating the serving timer that has been placed for them than actually serving the customers. They literally tell you to move because they have a timer to beat.

Is there any particular reason the drive-through is closed at night? It is safer to not have to leave ones car to get into the store to buy food and also decongests the store.

The drive through works 3 out of every 10 visits I've made to it. It's either closed because of less staff, faulty equipment or just plain no staff to attend to it.Today, it was a new one , they couldn't attend to me because the POS system was down. And they never have signage to show that the drive through or the main shop is "closed" when ever it is, one just bounces then that's your cue. Service inside is pathetically erratic, on some days it's very very poor and others it's average. On multiple occasions I have been served incorrect orders ,only to discover this at home. I've made multiple complaints to the managers and through their website and all they ever do is say sorry and offer me free food.

I hope this gets to someone who can change things, the drive through is a lovely idea but terrible execution.
