I am giving two stars not because the staff or venue was not good but because of the horrendous way I saw management mistreat staff members. Seeing managers shout and scream at bartenders doing their best to serve a packed out venue is not what I expect when going out. It is COMPLETELY unacceptable for anyone to be treated that way and I would hate to see what these great bartenders and waitresses are treated like behind the scenes of such disrespect and inhumane behaviour is shown to them on the floor. It is UNACCEPTABLE and the only reason I would not retur . I do not want to support a company that condones screaming and shouting at staff as a way of management. I understand that it is a stressful business but there is no excuse for the actions I witnessed tonight. Again. The venue, bartenders and waiters/waitresses were lovely. The venue us nice and the event great. But management need to be held accountable for their gross misconduct and treatment of all the people doing the most...

Went to a music event tonight. It appeared the staff and especially the bar was not prepared. The system to get drinks was very confusing...instead of ordering drinks from the bartenders, we were directed to the end of the bar where there was someone at the pos system that took orders. It took more than 20 minutes to get my drink order and they didn't seem to know what a gin and ginger ale was and I had to explain how to make it. After explaining they still failed to give ice for the drinks. This system had a clear bottleneck and made me wonder if there was a lack of trust in their staff and bartenders and low teamwork or if there was another systemic issue. I witnessed several people giving up on getting their drink order taken and leaving. Hopefully they can be better prepared with more teamwork and...

#SocialRhodespark is an amazing restaurant with a modern, youthful vibe. The music in the air made me feel like I was out on the town--when I was actually out with the family. The outdoor seating felt like I was in the VIP section! The service was kind and responsive, although the time of day that we visited (around 3pm) was light on traffic. The food was fantastic. The mushroom cappuccino starter was very good and a unique take on mushroom soup. I would have gone back just for that! My grilled salmon entrée was large and every bite was delicious. I especially liked how the flavor of the roasted vegetables went perfectly with the sauce for the salmon....
