To the owner ‎ ‎ I have always been a loyal fan of your restaurant due to its exceptional food and service. However, my recent experience left me quite disappointed. I still cannot get over it by the way the waiter and the manager handle the complaint and still get my payment. ‎ ‎ I ordered my favorite dish, the Mixed Sauce Noodles, and after a long wait, I was eager to dig in. Unfortunately, the noodles were overcooked and lacked the delicious sauce I’ve come to expect. Instead of the usual vibrant vegetables, I found Chinese cabbage, which was a surprise. The overall taste was bland and did not reflect the yummy flavors I remember. ‎ ‎ Additionally, the service was not up to par. The waiter seemed unfamiliar and, when I raised my concerns, insisted that the dish was fine and even instructed me on how to mix the noodles. I felt my feedback was not taken seriously, and despite my dissatisfaction, I was still charged for the meal which I returned back, I didn't eat it, I just tasted and it was not the same mixed sauce noodles. Which I feel is being robbed. ‎ ‎ I tried to speak with the owner (A Chinese man) whom I have befriended over time, but was met by a new manager who offered a brief apology without any real resolution. ‎ ‎ As a regular customer, I sincerely hope the management can address these issues. If there have been changes in staff, Manager, cooks and waiter proper training specially in customers care might help maintain the high standards that keep customers coming back.
