Best and probably biggest supermarket in town. After seeing lots of overpriced small ones, this was food paradise. Unfortunately, I found it on my last day.

Note: I never use plastic bags for my fruits and vegetables, so I didn't notice that something was different here. After many months in South America, this was the first time I stepped into a supermarket without my fabric shopping bag or backpack. After I paid my grocery shopping 🛍 they told me they don't have plastic bags or any bags 🤔. So be prepared and bring your own. Otherwise, you also play McGuyver and use your jumper like I did or use anything else to carry your grocery...

Nice big supermarket with a decent selection. Tourists have been here because at least in the two days I was in the city, ALL the instant noodles were sold out. Lots of pastas though so you can still eat on a budget.

They also sell premade sandwiches. Their freezer section is very small so don’t expect anything there.

Lines are going to be horrible. They seem to only open two checkouts and waits are about 20 minutes. Self-checkout is faster but often the person running it doesn’t take cash so you’re stuck with...
