My 88 year old disabled wife was extremly traumatised when attempting to use the disabled toilet at the shopping centre. There was a "mentaly disturbed" man locked in the toilet claiming he was disabled and he staying there. A lot of foul language was used when I asked him to leave. I called the security phone number and was told that they would sent a man over. After some 30 mins we had to leave to attend a optical appointment. After the appointment nobody could confirm if security had been or not. My wife had an extremely traumatic night with bad dreams resulting in cancellation of medical appointments the next day. The plaza, although small it boasts alot of shops for everyday needs. My one complaint is the disability toilets. It is not even close to being easily accessible for people in a wheelchair. We needed three people to help get in. It makes no sense having it by the entry of the toilets. It would be more accessible if it was down the back where the female toilets are.
