I have been to this store on and off for years. One thing they have consistent is the inattentive behaviour towards people of colour. they would either ignore you until you leave or you don't go their at all. on my latest visit, I went there with my husband. there were 2 staffs with other customers who didn't even look at us. the one staff who was available didn't greet or help us. 5 minutes after we're were waiting a Caucasian couple came and that lady approached them.
