Visited today, 15/02/2025. The Asian girl there seemed tired and looked like she was forced to work there. I asked her about the colours available in a perticular model and size she was able to give me an answer but she literally snatched the shoes out of my and my mother’s hands while she was looking at an article and I was holding the article that we were just about to buy. After snatching she started putting them back in display like she wanted the display to look untouched, we were supposed to buy them!!! When I asked “are you okay” She started yelling. I'm really not sure if this online store actually exists! I ordered a couple of shoes online, but they had limited payment options, which included bank transfer. Unfortunately, once I completed the order, there wasn't a way to find these details again. Their support email address doesn't work, I filled in the support form on their website, and called them but didn't receive an answer. Its certainly not a scam, because I haven't paid for anything and my order has been cancelled. But the store definitely needs a way to be contacted if there is a problem...

I ordered shark Ugg boots for my sons birthday in July. I figured since they are based in Australia they would be quick to ship to Sydney. Boy was I wrong...There was no email or message on website in regards to delays. It is now 22 August and they finally shipped UGG boots but left out the care kit.
