Eastea and the GFC fried skewers stall offer a pretty satisfying combo if you're after a quick bite and drink in the city. The milk tea is generally flavorful — the peach osmanthus one reminds me of Bawangchaji, rich and creamy, though I personally found the fermented rice (osmanthus glutinous) flavor a bit too unique for my taste. Still, it's great to see them experimenting with new ingredients. Pricing is decent, not too expensive, but I do hope they offer more promotions or loyalty discounts in the future.

As for the skewers, they’re solid — nicely seasoned and served hot, perfect for an afternoon snack. The portion size could be slightly more generous, but overall they do hit the spot. The shop’s décor is modern and cozy, though the space is a bit tight during peak hours. That said, the seating is comfortable enough if you’re popping in for a short rest.

Request for Refund – Unfulfilled Order #859

I’m reaching out regarding my order #859, placed at 12:12 PM. Despite waiting patiently for nearly 20 minutes, my order just two wraps was not ready. Meanwhile, I watched three other orders placed after mine (with 2–3 items each) get served first.

It’s completely unfair to prioritize orders simply because they’re “easier to make.” If the kitchen is struggling to handle orders, that’s a management and staffing issue, not a customer’s fault. Customers shouldn’t be left waiting longer just because they ordered something different.

I had to leave at 12:36 PM without my order since my break is only one hour and I need time to walk back to work. I paid in cash and would appreciate a refund. I have my receipt as proof of payment and order time.

Love their pure tea milk tea so so much that I’ve tried most of the flavours😭 The tea is strong and nicely infused with floral notes. The standard sweetness is just right, not too sweet, very light and creamy at the same time. But if you have a mild taste like me, I would always go for Less Sugar or even Half Sugar. Cream topping is nice, too😋

Can’t resist the snacks😭 Have tried the chicken strips, squid tentacles, chicken skin and beef skewers - they’re too good to be true. I always go for spicy flavour, actually it’s not that spicy, just right, but you can always let the staff know if you want it more spicy.

Plus the prices are affordable, especially when the store is in Rundle Mall.
