Donut King Brookside — Restaurant in Brisbane City

My partner had an appalling customer service experience at this store 29-10-24, 9am. The blonde girl needs to be retrained in procedures. We bought and received a doughnut. However, it was sub-par quality with unknown wet spots and icing from other products. We were forced to give a child a doughnut we were not willing to consume or leave tossing it away ourselves. We asked for a replacement or refund but was refused multiple times because we pulled it out of the paper bag.

The young woman serving was not polite, no manners. My coffee was barely warm and weak. We wanted to sit down to drink but were not asked and when we went to sit down and fill in covid details she yelled rudely at us about doing it, the Q code was on the table which we had not even reached yet.
