Boost Juice — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I went to Boostjuice at brookside the other afternoon and was running later than usual. I asked for the drink I usually buy, (had been looking forward to it all day after working) went and had a seat and took a sip, and just thought to my self, this is the worst drink I have ever had. Because I was in a hurry I drank it, after that rushed to woolies and on the back saw the girl who served me and told her, "That was the worst drink I have ever had, and I payed $10 to suffer though drinking it" She replied.. yeh a trainie made it. as though that is a good reason for me to accept it. their were 3 other girls working as well, why are they not watching her and making sure the trainie gets it right? Now I have rang the customer service number about 6 times and it allways goes to leave a message and we will get back to you, but of course they never do get back. the other thing is 4 times now, I have looked at my shirt that has stains on it from their messy pouring and not wiping the cup. I have ducked into the toilet 4 times to wet the drink stained shirt and then have had to soak it when I get home.Come on Janine train your head staff to be better than this. their is a lot more I could say, but it's clear that Boost Juice customer service have no intrest to getting back to customers, so I left this complaint on here, to bad, I would rather have just spoken to someone from...

Was a regular but felt ripped off on this occasion obviously due to them being to busy. The quality of my Protein drink was definitely not as good as previous times I've been and previous stores. It was definitely watered down or there was way to much milk and wasn't as thick as every other protein drink I've had in the past. Its made me realize you are way better off buying a nutribullet or any blender and buying your own protein and fresh ingredients and making your own drinks. Boost Juice Brookside was a fantastic spot for a tasty and quick refreshment! Stopped in town to visit my daughter and she recommended this store to me.
