My mother in law purchased from this brand and has been a customer for a long time. She made a purchase, and unfortunately shortly after went to hospital with a broken hip. Her grandson attempted to get a credit for that item whilst she was still in hospital, to only be told that she was too late, the exchange policy is 2 weeks. Her grandson went on a few days after that 2 week period! The staff member was told the situation and still refused to do anything. Since then, my mother in law went in to again ask for a solution and was told no. I then went into the store…. The experience was horrible! Hostile, cold, with no care. This was the same staff member who refused the other times, and said “I told your mother in law to call customer service”. So, I attempted to call customer service 2 days in a row with no success to actually speak to anyone! I then emailed to only receive a reply saying there was nothing that can be done as they need to protect their business and customers. Customers?!?!?! I am one!!!!!!!!! If you want to give your money to a company who doesn’t care then this is the place for you…. All we were asking was to exchange an item a few days out of the exchange policy because of a medical emergency....

I’m glad I’m not the only one saying this but I went in today and the blonde old lady was beyond rude! I will not be stepping into this store again! I’m also considering not buying from Camilla again which is devastating for me as it’s all my toddler wears in summer. I went in with my toddler and she said to me whilst buying, why don’t you come back another day without your child, we don’t have a playground here. Meanwhile I was holding my daughter in my arms the entire time. Rude miserable woman, I felt attacked for being a mum! She’s a mumist! For someone to tell me I shouldn’t shop with my kid is beyond disgusting. Parents be ware you will be treated with disrespect. OMG I want to live here! Anna and Ari were so knowledgeable, professional, gorgeous, inspiring, and downright FUN! Absolutely no pressure - other than the calling of the beautiful clothes! The girls were so patient as they had to ring me up three times because I kept finding another gorgeous outfit. And there was parking!
