Do not recommend. Despite booking larger rooms had been downgraded to two smaller rooms with trundle beds to occupy the remainder of our guests. The floors were absolutely disgusting as shown in the pictures. The carpets were also wet? Do yourself a favour and do not stay here.

Absolutely stunning if your idea of accommodation is a crack shack. I think some of the images speak for themself đŸ˜·

Completed a booking with FV4006 two weeks prior to checking in on 03/11/2018, so that I can relax prior to heading to a venue to prepare for my son’s 21 birthday party at 5:00pm. After spending extremely busy day of picking up cakes, balloons and dropping them at the venue for our party I was looking forward to having time to relax and cool down, as the day had been hot and time to get ready for a wonderful night. I arrived at FV4006 at 2:29pm and was advised that my room was not ready and had not been cleaned. As you could imagine I was devastated as I had nowhere else to go and trust me this venue does not have a lovely garden or a cafĂ© to have a coffee. When I asked for how long before my room was ready, I was advised another hour. So, this meant getting into my room would not be happening until 3:30 which now only gave me an hour to cool down and get ready for a very special occasion. So 3:30 came and went and I had not received a call to advise my room was ready. I went back at 4:00pm and advised “yes, your room is ready was about to call you”. When I was about to go into my room, I was told the cleaner needed to get back in to collect some rubbish, so my room really wasn’t ready. I would like to think this was the worse part of my experience but sadly it was only the beginning. The room was absolutely disgusting and dirty. The Air conditioner was so old and only a vent going into the main bedroom. It was so hot in this room and the air conditioner was so old, but sadly I was running late, and I had no other alternative but to have a shower and get ready. Not at any time was there a discussion of having free parking, or part of my money return, I was offered late check out of 11:00am but as you can imagine the room was so disgusting, I left the next day as soon as possible.|In the ensuite there was empty bottles of shampoo shove in between the vanity and the ceiling & the walls were marked and dirty along with a stain in the toilet. The main bathroom had mildew throughout the shower along with empty toilet rolls in the laundry section of the room. There was pair of men’s socks under the bedside table and the carpet was frayed. |So, with the extremely bad service, dirty room late check-in, sheets that were thin and balled & hot room this all cost $289.00, bargain wouldn’t you think, NOT. I have read other reviews on this property and all information has been the same. I am not sure how come the health inspectors have not become involved. I am however contacting Consumer Affairs along with health inspectors as since staying at this place I have been extremely unwell that required a week off work. Maybe a coincidence but still the filth was just...

The check in and check out policy is unhelpful. I contacted fv4006 on Friday to confirm our time of arrival and was told to contact a number which will be able to help us get into our room. I contacted the number 30+ times, searched the hotel for a staff member and was doing this for more then half an hour with no answer. We had just traveled 3.5 hours and wanted to get into our room. Then when sending an email was told the email address was not connected anymore. When speaking to the manager he was hard to understand and not very helpful. As your sign states- 'please contact us before you leave a bad review', we tried to speak to the manager but nothing was done- no compensation or anything offered (not that we would ever come back to stay). We finally get up to the room. The blinds in the room were broken, outside chairs unsafe to sit on, air conditioner broken so the room was like a sauna, room dirty! Was not informed about paid parking (very overpriced) or deposit (also very overpriced). When outside talking (not being loud at all) had someone tell us we were not allowed on the verandah. Was informed on pay on arrival but money came out of my account instead with an added $9 for some unknown reason. You go on a weekend away not expecting to pay a lot of money for accommodation, then pay a lot for parking then have to clean the room which was dirty when we arrived. 8.. The service was disgusting, the rooms were digusting and the photos of the place are a lie.

Wishing I had read the reviews before I had booked as I have seen other people have had the same issues. So...

Checkin is 2pm. I got a call at 4:15pm telling me in the exact words. Do not come there is a problem with the room. So I said why apparently a blocked drain. I said ok fine I will come at 6pm.

On arrival checked in went ok. Got to the room for the price you pay it is ok, although very old some things aren't clean, AC is rubbish. This didn't bother us as we were just after a place to sleep.

Got a call at 8pm telling us we needed to move rooms in the morning. I said well no it's not my fault you have double booked. I said we will move if you provide the same type of room or better. He offered an upgrade! Great! Anyway I said call us at 10am in the morning to help us take our stuff to the other room and get the key for the new room. In the morning while we were asleep an asian family had been given a key to our room and entered while we were sleeping. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS! I called management who said oh you will have to wait in the lobby until 2pm for your new room. I said no way are we moving we've booked and paid for two nights it's not good enough, the reply was in exact words I GAVE YOU A GOOD DEAL. Seriously where do these people get off.

On the first night the lift stopped working so we were talking between levels to try and find the stairs and the manager came out and threatened to fine us $100 for being loud. We were simply talking?

After finally moving rooms at 2pm the room we were given was far from an upgrade and in far worse conditon.

DO NOT STAY...
