I had a very unfortunate experience with this store and would just like to make people aware of how poorly the owners managed a situation: I visited the store one day, and the next day I received a text message from one of the employees saying that they had by accident misplaced a pair of sunglasses into the wrong customer’s bag. I had not purchased anything that day, and I let them know. A few days later I get accused by them that I had stolen the sunglasses in question. I showed up at the store to understand what was going on, and employees were acting all nervous. I even was formally interviewed by the police and found no wrongdoing as there was no evidence.

Terrible store management in accusing customers without evidence. With all text messages that I received by store employees (gladly saved as a defense backup), very evident that it looks like an inside job.

No apologies were ever said, even though I was falsely accused which caused me to waste productive time.

If you want loud 26 year olds pretentiously telling you that you "look good" in everything, just to get a sale, this is it. The store itself is visually beautiful at first, but as you browse around there is dust everywhere on all the benches and it's extremely untidy with designer clothes strewn all over the place like it's laundry day. Nothing is size ordered which makes it near impossible amongst the clutter to find your size or see if they have it in stock.

The employees will interrogate and openly judge you about absolutely every brand you're wearing head to toe and where you purchased each piece. It was a strange, insincere and unfriendly shopping experience. Which is such a shame as I've moved up from Melbourne and some of the brands Calexico stock are my favourite.
