Loved the clothes, but service in this store is unprofessional. I was ignored at the counter by one of the staff who was on phone and after standing there for 5 minutes he hung up the phone, continued to ignore us and then finally asked “can I help you” in a condescending tone whilst we were waiting to pay at the counter. He couldn’t care less about the sale and threw the eftpos machine and bag at me across the counter - all the while, not once looking up from the computer. Refuse to buy because of the worst service. No hello when you walk in, no help with sizes, rude staff. Been in a handful of times and it’s just so horrible. Great service from Bridgette, Ava and Deccy over the last two days. I tried to purchase a shirt and had trouble paying so I returned today to get it successfully. No judgement from them and they were incredibly kind when I asked for it to be put on hold and when I returned to purchase it.
