Yesterday night, on mother's day after enjoying our dinner at "Oh Boy Bok Choy" I finally had the chance to visit the Stafford shop since it relocated from Kedron. My daughter had a milk and cookie cup and my son, a choc mint flavour on a cone. All delicious. Cup and cone were $5.90 each. I tasted a little bit of gelato from my kids' ones and decided to bring a tub home. I chose the $15 tub and could chose three flavours. I picked Stracciatella, Salted caramel white choc and then, since I didn't have much choice because each gelato tubs on display had very little ice cram left, I chose macademia choc that showed a bit more amount of gelato than the other flavours. When I went to pay I was expecting 2 x $5.90 + $15=$26.80 instead I realized when I tap my credit card that I was charged $29.80 and when I asked why I was told that macademia choc flavour costs $3 extra... Is that true Miss Sophia? There was no visible signage anywhere saying that macademia choc was $3 extra compared to the other flavours price. Could you...

There's a table four seater and two chairs with a table outside or there are plenty of seats and tables to their neighboring business The Farmhouse Kedron.
Staff are very friendly and are more than happy to assist with any inquiry.
For us it's very convenient being close by and it's great that their opening hours suit the late night munchies lol or desert seekers.
The sorbet is delicious and fruity.
The ice creams look better than they taste.
In saying that there is nothing wrong with them however with the likes of Ben & Jerrys Ice cream and the amount of chunky stuff they add in their ice cream, I would expect any ice cream bar to match it or be even better.
There's also the Gelato joint at Chermside that is amazing too so in comparison to these, I have given Miss Sophias Gelateria my personal rating and...
Read moreWe went there on a Saturday, not for the ice cream but their pastries as they have pastries on the weekend. We grabbed an apple turnover and a blueberry danish. I must say I was not impressed as the apple turnover was a bit too much on the sweet side and the cinnamon flavor was a bit overpowering, which left me with a meh after eating it. There was something else to it that I couldnât put my finger on, some sort of spice which stood out in a bad way. I donât know what went wrong but I didnât appreciate it. The blueberry danish was okay, unimpressive. As it is a sister store of Farmhouse I didnât think it would go wrong but I couldnât be more wrong. The...
