From the moment we stepped into AJ Thai Fusion Restaurant, we knew we were in for a treat. The warm ambiance, friendly staff, and tantalizing aromas set the stage for an exceptional dining experience.

We started with the Chicken Curry Puffs, which were absolute perfection—golden, flaky pastry encasing a rich, aromatic filling that was both comforting and full of flavor. Next came the Prawn Tom Yum Soup, a beautifully balanced masterpiece of tangy, spicy, and savory notes, with plump, juicy prawns swimming in an exquisitely fragrant broth.

The Thai Beef Yum Salad was a standout—tender slices of beef infused with zesty lime, fresh herbs, and just the right amount of chili heat, creating a refreshing yet fiery burst of flavors. The Seafood Stir Fry was another winner, featuring an abundant mix of perfectly cooked seafood tossed in a luscious, well-seasoned sauce that tied everything together beautifully.

And then came the grand finale—the Mango Sticky Rice Dessert. The mango was unbelievably sweet and juicy, paired with perfectly sticky, coconut-infused rice that melted in the mouth. It was the perfect ending to a flawless meal.

We had their fried rice, Chicken basil, Chicken & cashews, Pad Thai and the Yellow chicken curry. The chicken&cashew had a slight yet intoxicating lovely spice to it and a perfectly cooked broccoli and cauliflower paired with it. Additionally, the chicken basil had a lovely spice with tender and juicy chicken. The fried rice had an amazing flavor as did the yellow chicken curry. The pad Thai was delicious and it had the chilli on the side in case some people didn’t want the spice. Overall, the food here was amazing and I would certainly recommend it to everyone to try. We ordered the Green curry pork and Crispy chicken with cashew nuts. The Green curry is not authentic Thai food. It’s authentic.western takeaway. The curry paste was not homemade and not single Thai eggplant or Thai basil in the dish. The “crispy” chicken with cashew was not crispy. They were large soggy balls of batter with chicken inside it.
