Kitchen Transformations Perth — Local services in Cannington

Had such high hopes of working with this company on our significant kitchen reno but sadly couldn’t nail a first meeting. I had to cancel our first planned meet on account of being ill so Dennis kindly arranged another one. I took the afternoon off work to meet with him at 2pm however at 2.05pm, he called me to say that he was just leaving his previous meeting in Roleystone (a good 25min drive from out house). I couldn’t wait around as I’d booked another company to come and quote too (to take advantage of being home off work). Couple of things I took from this… timing is crucial on a big reno and if the contractor can’t plan their day sufficiently to stick to a first meeting time, then that has to be a reflection on what kind of service we would ultimately receive had we decided to work with KT. Also Dennis never called back to arrange another time to meet, which pointed to a lack of commitment that we may have experienced if we’d gone ahead. Everything happens for a reason and we can only try to find the learnings in this one. It’s sad bc KT has such good reviews but there’s other kitchen companies out there so we’ll...

If I could give 10 stars I most definitely would. Can’t speak highly enough of the team at KTP. Our kitchen was a big project and Denis gave us a timeline of how long it would take. Everything went exactly as he said it would . Each and every member of the team involved in the project showed up when they said they would, completed their job with great workmanship and always made sure they had cleaned up before they left. We can’t thank you all enough. You are all amazing. Our kitchen is fantastic and we are so happy with it. Thank you Denis, Carlton, Richard, Gavin, Tim and John.
