Read moreWe went to restaurant with our family for dinner couple of days ago. Food was excellent and the server was great as well but the girl at reception had some attitude problem i guess because when we entered she asked if we had any reservations and we said no we dont have any and she made a weird face and asked us to wait. There was no smile on her face at all during the service. The way she reacted was unacceptable. Initially we decided to go back because of her customer service but we had to stay because the family we were having dinner with was from Melbourne and we didnt want to show this side of Perth to them. Today (14/7/2025) again my wife went to pick up our delivery and same girl was on reception and still she was acting the same, no smile or greetings at all. Doesnt matter how good is the food but if the staff is not treating customers well then the whole experience goes unpleasant. I am not sure if she does the same to everyone or it was just us because we didnt have any reservations prior but still she could have dealt with us with a smile and on top of that she was continusly ringing the bell to call a server and that guy was busy but she kept ringing the bell as she had really something important to do. Come on girl that guy was doing his job and you saw that as well. I dont think we gonna come back again not because of food or the service but just because of that girl’s...
Read moreI and my friend went imperial lounge and Indian cuisines, Cannington for the first time today, but the food was so so so disgusting 🤮 that the money we spent was a total waste. Never going back👎 We ordered samosa, aloo tikki chaat, malai soya chaap, jeera lassi and chicken biryani. We were also deciding to order veg manchurian and tandoori soya chaap as well but when we started having the food we ordered, we were very disappointed ☹️ 😢. Only samosas were okay & sorry to say everything else was a crap. After tasting malai soya chaap, I straight away gave my feedback on that saying that it doesn’t taste like malai soya chaap at all but the staff started justifying it. Moving to jeera lassi…. It was lassi in jeera literally!🤮 next was aloo tikki chaat which was just one starand then comes our awaited chicken biryani which we were expecting that atleast this will be fine but we just wouldn’t eat more than a bite. The rice and chicken were flavourless, tasteless. it was so oily and even I think they just used the chicken from the pre-cooked chicken curries for chicken biryani. At last when we went to pay, upon asking why we haven’t finished our food? We gave our views on the food and then we have been only discounted with $12. What a crap…?
Not all...
