Customer Alert – Parking Policy Concerns at Easy T Centre
Dear [Property Manager's Name],
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to formally raise concern regarding the parking management practices currently being enforced at the Easy T Centre, 514 Christine Avenue, Robina.
It has come to our attention that customers visiting the centre are being fined by Only Park Management if they exceed a combined total of four hours in one day across multiple visits. Unfortunately, there is in adequate signage informing patrons that they are only entitled to a single visit per day, and that any cumulative time beyond four hours across multiple visits will incur a penalty.
This approach is not only unclear but also incredibly discouraging for shoppers and businesses alike. Install clearer signage warning of the “one visit per day” rule and cumulative time penalties
Consider revising this rule to better support retail foot traffic and business prosperity
Engage with Only Park to ensure the parking policy aligns with a customer-friendly experience
This current system is, quite frankly, disgraceful and counterintuitive to encouraging ongoing patronage at the Easy T Centre.
We respectfully ask that this matter be addressed with urgency and transparency to avoid further negative experiences for your...

I notice a review that was put on 4 MONTHS ago about this very same situation and nothing has been done. Michael...

Overall it looks like the area is well established and will sustain itself and be of benefit to local...
