Most appalling service and I didn't even order anything! Walked up to the shop, and before we even walked in the store the guy working blurted out, NO CHIPS, and made it veeerryyyyy clear he didn't want anymore customers and I asked if he wanted to make any more money and he made it clear he didn't so we left. Told him he was extremely rude. If he was working for me and turning customers away I'd be firing him immediately I have never had worse service before in my life in a place where I didn't even eat!!!!! Ordered a small chicken snack pack, garlic sauce and extra crispy chips. When it arrived I opened the box to a visceral scene of split garlic sauce, congealed chicken and a lump of undercooked potato. I took 3 bites as I am a gambler, it was disrespectful how disgusting it was. The chips were hard and had no colour, except 2 that were pulled from the bottom of the fryer after cooking for 5 days. The garlic sauce genuinely tasted 2 weeks old and resembled Seagull droppings in both taste and aroma. Actually the worst kebabs ever! Rude as hell staff every single time. Always have attitude and act like your an inconvenience. As for food- disgusting. They need to learn how to shave the meat thinner, every single time the meat is in chunks/ cold/ not properly cooked. Garlic sauce is horrible. Switching to red onion would do wonders for taste. I’ve given it “one more try” months apart for a couple years and I swear they just get worse 🤮 end up eating a quarter of it and chuck it in the bin every time.
