Tuk Tuk Thai — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

We ordered a large array of dishes last Tuesday night as a takeaway. I repeated the order twice and even got the girl to repeat the entire order back fo my before I hung up. When we arrived for the pickup, they somehow managed to completely miss a dish. We had to wait while they cobbled another dish together. We we arrived at our friends place, the disspointment ramped up. I ordered mains dishes but was served entree sized meals instead. 95 percent curry liquid with 5 percent meat. One dish a purely beef dish was so bereft of beef that it it was a kids meal. Now I know how they remain profitable. By making ingrecients and portion sizes that should be for one meal, stretch for at least three meals. Never ever again. Shame on you Tuk Tuk...

Got take away tonight. Peanut Stir Fry and 2 pad Thai's with tofu. Quite possibly the worse Thai had in a long time.

The Pad Thai was pink (like review below) everything with a pink colour and had a weird taste. Hardly any tofu in it.

Peanut Stir Fry was odd and gelatinous regarding the sauce with an almost water base.

It all had no real taste, what you did taste was odd. $50 worth of dinner that we had to go get something else on top of cause inedible. Too far to go back and ask for a refund.

Steer clear of this place, used to be half ok....now just a case of not if but when you prob get...

Ordered delivery through these guys, did not receive the food I ordered and the restaurant was completely unwilling to try and sort out the problem that they have obviously created by using dodgy delivery drivers. I am now minus over $50 without any food to show for it. They did try and give me a whole runaround of BS and 1300 numbers that don’t actually work. No food no guarantee of money back...😳 Will do my best to make sure that this happens to no...
