Unfortunately the service falls short. The young red head girl today had a very bad attitude surrounding her feeling on providing an element of service and to be willing to make a customer feel welcome or alloud to ask a few questions. She became passive aggressive with her body language by slamming products down with unjustified frustration and aggression, all beacuse she had to do some work, and seemed inconvenienced that she was required to be usefull and help a customer in need and to truly get familiar with the products the are selling. My husband has cancer and i was trying to choose the best and most affordable methods to purchase his health care remedies. To ask the price break down to a tablet form compared to bulk buy, was all to much for the girl. At no point should a employee make a customer feel that this question is inappropriate. Her ignorance and arrogance has made a easy decision for me to never purchase from this store again. There are other health food stores out there, ones that provide basic information and pollite and welcoming service. Even after spending $140 in one purchase did not help her change or ill attitude. I suggest for management to review there...

Treated like a criminal by the lady on the till today. After being charged to my bank account a double debit transaction (and after no response after calling and emailing). Being at Burleigh today I remembered to pop in to tell them. Questioned me over and over doubting how it could possibly have happened? Eventually another staff member took over (still no apology, yet at least refunded) while the other lady apparently felt threatened and got on the phone (to call security??)

Lovely vibe and location.

Turmeric chai latte was really bad, way too much powder on the top and in the drink, was like having a spoonful of bad turmeric. Couldn’t taste chai at all and as the powder wasn’t able to mix into the milk as there was too much of it, didn’t take more than two sips.

Ordered a vegan, gluten free lasagne and it took 20 minutes for them to reheat it from the cabinet. Lasagne was pretty good but it didn’t have much tomato based sauce though so the lasagne was mostly the flavor of the vegan bechamel.

Other reviews look great though so I might still come in to try the chai...
