I ordered six bottles of Byron Bay Smokin' 'Mango sauce about 6 weeks ago. I rang up about a week later to enquire what has happened to the order only to be told the store only had 4 bottles. I said I live 20 mins away so it is a trip in so was advised I would get a call a week later. No call came. I went on a weeks holiday and called to be told that someone would ring me back. After 3 more calls the staff would make an excuse that the manager was too busy, unavailable or at another store. An assistant manager then told me they would arrange the refund. I advised that it was not the money in the refund that was my concern but until a refund is processed it is a contract. Over 6 weeks later still waiting for a resolution. So my experience to date is that the manager finds customers unimportant and the website will let you purchase goods without being in stock and getting a refund is pretty...

Came here 8:50pm to grab a quick few items and when I arrived all the fridge covers were closed even though official closing time is 9pm. Also (who I think may have e been the store manager) paced up and down the aisles looking at me as I selected my items (most of which I had to look behind screens covering the fridges). If you close your doors at 9pm THAT IS WHEN YOU CLOSE and not before. Not ok to treat customers that way because you want to go home at 9pm instead of packing down the store AFTER your advertised closing time. The 2 stars are for the lovely girl who served me and I cannot fault her lovely manner or service. I left the store at 8:59pm so I was well within the opening hours.so disgusting to be treated that...

Hello everyone this is the best place to go to on the Gold Coast so far that I know if Coles or Woolworths are shut. Keep this place in mind on your maps. If you need to get something you forgot like cheese or dog food even good quality meat and all the other other essentials as sometimes it’s open till at least 10 to 11 o’clock at night most of the time and this is definitely the place I go to if you work late and need those extra items it’s definitely easy to get to and good parking plus plenty of other shops subway Domino’s and a few restaurants and clean toilets,...
