My sister went in there to grab some products and mistakingly presented an item that she thought was a strawberry to the counter stuff. The condescending attitude/responses she received was disgusting. It just kept on going. To then finally be asked “are you guys local” and then looking the customer up and down like we didn’t belong in the area is such a disappointing thing to witness. As a business owner I’d be appalled if my brand was represented this way. If your staff cannot produce a happy attitude and talk to people with respect, they don’t belong there. Will never shop here...

I’ve been a loyal customer at this store for many years and have always had friendly staff assisting me. However, today I had a very unpleasant experience. The staff member who attended to me was quite rude, correcting me for excluding certain flavors from the sorted candies. There was no visible sign stating that this wasn’t allowed. After she informed me, I immediately apologized and scooped up the excluded items. I can understand her frustration, but taking it out on the customer is not the way. I’m a local and have been buying all the organic produce in this store for about 3 years, so I can firmly say that this is store is one of the best ones to buy fresh produce.

The managers are always friendly and go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated as clients. I’m extremely loyal to the shop and just think that the recent one star reviews are complete odd and non sense.
