Humble cafe is a hidden gem in Southport that offers delicious brunch dishes with Asian-inspired twists. The cafe is bright and airy, with a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The service is friendly and attentive, and the coffee is smooth and strong. I ordered the Pacifico soft shell crab Benedict, which was made with deep-fried panko soft-shell crab, smashed avocado, poached eggs, paprika, chilli holandaise, slaw and brioche toast. It was one of the best brunches I have ever had, with a generous portion of crab meat and a creamy sauce. The croffles were also amazing, especially the cinnamon apple flavour. They were soft and fluffy on the inside, and crunchy on the outside. The taro-infused drinks were refreshing and unique, such as the Water Lillies, which was made with purple sweet potato and taro crushed ice, vanilla, full-cream milk, matcha and butterfly-pea-infused tea. It was a perfect drink for a hot day in Gold coast. Humble cafe is definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a quality brunch experience with a creative twist. I highly recommend it!

A cafĂ© full of creative flavors and surprises—perfect for a Sunday visit! This cafĂ© offers both fantastic coffee and uniquely crafted meals, making it a standout spot. The food here is truly special—innovative, fun, and delicious. We ordered a burger, fried chicken, and chips, but what made it unforgettable were the creative twists, like pairing crispy fried chicken with waffles. Every dish was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds, blending familiar favorites with exciting new flavors. The service was excellent—friendly and efficient. Despite visiting on a Sunday, when many cafĂ©s in the area are closed, we were grateful to find this gem open. We didn’t book ahead and waited about 5 minutes for a table, which was quite reasonable. The relaxed, welcoming vibe and creative menu make this place a must-visit. Whether you’re after a hearty brunch or just a great coffee, you’ll be in for a treat. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their unique creations!

Dropped in for lunch at this reasonably new cafe in Southport. In summary, the food was great, the service was very friendly and helpful. It is a nice little spot. On the negative side, it is a place you are not likely to be passing as it is hidden away a bit in a dead end street, the parking is poor in the area but persevere, I found the seating a little uncomfortable and there is not a lot of seating if you were heading in as a group. I am not saying you would not get in but just to be aware, Fore warned is fore armed? And the negatives in no way detract from the place. I mention simply so you know. I had the potato rosti, my partner the sesame tofu soba salad. Both meals were excellent and would readily be recommended. The presentation was excellent. The back ground music was not quite backgroundy enough for me and music chosen did not seem to fit with the vibe of the place...but I am sure that is just me. A great choice if you are in the Southport area.

Discovering an adorable hidden cafe in Southport was a delightful surprise. It took a few Google searches to stumble across this gem, and we're glad we did. What makes it even more special is that one of the cafe owners is also the chef. Their passion for creating a unique fusion brunch menu is evident and reminiscent of the vibrant brunch culture found in Melbourne.

The Miso Wild Mushroom dish left us utterly impressed. Not only was it well-priced, but it was also beautifully plated. Every bite was a harmonious blend of sweet and salty flavors, and the texture worked seamlessly. It's a testament to the chef's dedication to crafting a memorable dining experience.

While the cafe has limited outdoor space and may not be explicitly labeled as dog-friendly, the owner's kindness shone through. Despite the constraints, they graciously allowed us to dine with our furry friend due to the cafe's calm ambiance. This charming hidden spot in Southport is a must-visit for brunch enthusiasts seeking a taste of passion-infused...
