Ok, let’s be straight here. It’s a challenge to find this bar, located within the Ferry Road Brickworks Centre in Southport. But be assured, it’s worth every second you spend finding it! Bar manager Rumtin is a kind of liquid chef, and his passion, skill and dedication to the art of mixology shows through, with unarguably the finest and most sophisticated cocktails on the Coast. The antipasto menu and the fine photographic gallery location add to the experience - but the cocktails are stand-alone fabulous, with flavours and textures that will have you visiting again and again. After seeing all the raving reviews, our experience was a little disappointing. Mostly because despite booking a table & there being multiple tables available whilst we were there - we were sat on a table with strangers. After 30 minutes we asked if we could move which they did help facilitate. The small table they moved us to though didn’t have much room for the food we ordered. The antipasto board was fine, but nothing special for $55. The cocktails were more ice than cocktail.
