I have wanted to try smoked brisket for years, after watching hundreds of hours of American BBQ style cooking. Have been multiple times and driven several hours just for this place.

I made the mistake of thinking perhaps another place would be better, considering there are other options now. I don't believe in bad reviews, however I will say this. The brisket here is far superior. Smokier, fat is rendered better, better bark etc. The cheesy birria tacos are offensively good, they really don't have the right.

I saw a negative review on here claiming them to be burnt, completely untrue in my experience. The tortillas are fried and some charring occurs, that's literally how they are supposed to be. Really can't fault the place, I only wish the portions were smaller so I could try more stuff at one time and be so full. Worth a 2 hour...

Situated near a bunch of other food trucks across from hungry jacks, there is nothing better than food trucks, fairy lights, good music and the warm summer sun. Such a great atmosphere. The food here is honestly great, the smoky meat is tasty and full of flavour- wasn’t one bit dry at all. They advertise that they smoke everything low and slow- which means you might have to wait for your food if it’s busy but it’s worth it. The portions are generous, chips are crunchy, a variety of sauces to choose, the bun was buttery and toasted and delicious, and I really enjoyed the corn salad. Great menu range, top notch food and the smells while waiting were a tease of what was to come There's not much on this menu I haven't tried, I loved the birria tacos, im not a spicy eater but ill definitely order them again and the cheese burger well its easy to say it was better than maccas 150%, feeding more than yourself? Grab the meat box with an extra roll and you've got a winner. Highly recommend, sometimes there's a wait but oh my gosh it's always worth it!!!!
