Was really enjoying shopping at this IGA but no longer. One of the three owners is an ex Liberal party state director Sam McQuestin who can’t seem to let go of his political roots for the sake of his business. At the last election he had a local liberal member set up shop outside the front of his IGA harassing customers upon entry with flyers. Some people just don’t get it. Politics needs to be kept well clear of a business if you want to retain a diverse customer base. I’ve not darkened their doorway for almost 4 months now and will continue the boycott until a change in ownership. Worth noting also, their prices are outrageous for some of the products. Roast chicken has been akin to boot leather recently & they are not stuffed. They continually run out of best-selling items & you will wait for weeks for them to be replaced.
