Even though weâve only done a couple of escape rooms and they were in Townsville, they have been great experiences! Here we thought my fam and I would try the one here in our home townâŚworst experience weâve had! Not a good host nor friendly. From the start she barely smiled, even though we were allowed to have 10 clues, she was barely helpful. Sternly gave us the article explaining the screen is broken. When we were done she barely said anything else. Never offered if we wanted to get photos. In every escape room we had, we always got offered. Itâs the little things that count on how to you treat customers who pay $37 each for an hour. Was going to do Watcher in the woods but will never come back nor...

Huge thanks to our host Matt, who helped set the scene and provided just the right amount of guidance (our team definitely needed a few clues!).
For many of us, it was our first time in an escape room, and while we may not have cracked all the codes, the occasional jump scare and the thrill of solving puzzles kept us on our toes.
Highly recommend for any group looking to challenge themselves, bond, and have loads of fun in...
