Foods good, service is polite but they are bad at taking a order. Sadly they will not take you order until after they've finished making the order before yours. So that means if you've got a order to go to the kitchen you won't get it started until the 3 cups of flat white have been made by the person that needs to take your order. Understaffed? Or...

Really hit and miss depending on who makes your coffee. Sometimes it tastes how I would imagine eternal bliss to taste like, other times the beans are so burned the coffee should be handed over to the burns unit at the nearest hospital.

The staff are always pleasant though so...
