We dined at this restaurant for the first time following strong recommendations from friends, having travelled a considerable long distance to experience it. From the outset, the service and ordering process handled by the front-of-house team was seamless, courteous, and welcoming. However, we did encounter certain communication challenges, particularly in the way management initially addressed an issue we faced. This unfortunately detracted from the overall service experience and compels us to deduct one star from service. That said, we greatly appreciated the manager’s professionalism once the matter was discussed—she listened attentively, acknowledged the problem with sincerity, and resolved it decisively by waiving the cost of the dish in question. Her commitment to finding an equitable solution reflected a commendable level of customer care. In terms of cuisine, the quality was truly commendable. The Chicken Saag, Murg Malai Tikka, Shahi Paneer, and Laccha Parantha were all exceptional—rich in flavour, well-balanced in spices, and executed with finesse. Each of these dishes exemplified the culinary excellence that we had anticipated. On the other hand, the Aloo Tikki fell noticeably short of expectations, lacking even the most basic standards of preparation, which became the source of our initial dissatisfaction and subsequent discussion with management. This single misstep unfortunately diverted the overall tone of our dining experience toward the negative. That being said, were it not for this incident, our experience would have been near flawless. Very impressed. The low colourful lighting here gives it the most amazing ambiance and the music playlist was spot on. There are some really beautiful armchairs to sit in at the front of the restaurant and some more private couches at the back if you want something more cozy. Our server was Kirat and she was fantastic, so friendly and professional honestly one of the best servers I've had in a long time. The Dahi Puri was brilliant and the Samosas were easily the best I've ever eaten. Even the Mango Lassi was gorgeous. I saw many comments stating that the curries lacked flavour and I understand. They were bland when we first tried them, but they weren't lacking in flavour, the flavours were fantastic they just needed salt to bring them out! We asked for salt and added them to the curries ourselves and really enjoyed them. I would consider passing this on to the chefs because I dont think they add any salt at all to the curries. Gulab Jamun came with ice cream which was a wonderful surprise, although it wasn't a very good Vanilla, it didn't really taste like anything, I'd 100% be switching to the Peter's brand vanilla ice cream instead.
